Bring it on, 2012!
We know, you’re perfect just the way you are, and a new year doesn’t always require you to reinvent a “new you,” picking up some crazy hobby like competitive unicycling or juggling fire. But why not kick off 2012 with some great running goals? Whether you want to start amping up your runs from 3-5 times a week OR are looking to try out an Ultimate Marathon for the first time, there’s no limit to what the new year brings.
Here are 12 resolutions we found in this month’s edition of A Runner’s World to get you started. Remember, all of us here at A.R.M. will help you to reach your goal (even if it is that whole juggling fire hobby)!
1. Race farther
2. Try YOGA
3. Lose 10 Ibs for good
4. Be more consistent
5. Try a triathlon
6. Win a medal
7. Try real trail running
8. Stop Giving Up
9. Figure out my Watch
10. Give back to the sport
11. Find more partners
12. Beat my PR
